Black Ops 2 Zombies Perks

Perk-a-Cola — Zombies · Call of Duty: Black Ops II

Perk-a-Colas are the buffs that keep you alive deep into a Black Ops 2 Zombies match. You buy each one from a vending machine placed around the map, paying with the points you earn from kills and repairs, and it grants a permanent passive bonus for the rest of the game. This page lists all 12 Perk-a-Colas available across Black Ops 2 Zombies — from staples like Juggernog and Speed Cola to map-specific additions such as Who's Who, Tombstone Soda, Electric Cherry and Vulture Aid — with each perk's exact effect, its cost in points and where it appears.

All Black Ops 2 Zombies perks

How perks work in Black Ops 2 Zombies

Every Perk-a-Cola is bought from its own vending machine, which must be powered before it will dispense. Drinking one applies a passive effect that lasts until you lose it — there is no cooldown or ammo, just a one-time points cost. Because points are also spent on doors, the Mystery Box, wall weapons and Pack-a-Punch, deciding when to invest in a perk is a core part of surviving the later rounds of Black Ops 2 Zombies.

When you are downed and bleed out, you lose every perk you were holding and have to buy them again. Two perks soften that blow: Quick Revive lets a solo player self-revive (and speeds up reviving teammates in co-op), while Tombstone Soda drops a power-up on death that you can collect the following round to reclaim your perks, weapons and equipment.

Some perks return on every round-based map, while others are tied to a single map: Who's Who debuted on Die Rise, Tombstone Soda on Green Run / TranZit, Electric Cherry on Mob of the Dead, Vulture Aid on Buried, and PhD Flopper returns only on Origins. The Availability column above notes where each perk can be found.
