Yemen
Yemen is a Call of Duty: Black Ops II multiplayer map, one of the maps included with the base game at launch, released on November 13, 2012. It is set in Urban streets of Yemen. Close-quarters combat through the tight alleys and multi-level buildings of a Yemeni old town.
How Yemen plays
On the ground, Yemen is defined by tight alleyways, rooftop / multi-level routes and dense urban layout. Those are the features to read first — they decide where fights open up, which angles are safe to hold, and how you rotate between objectives. The close, broken-up terrain favours mobile weapons — submachine guns and shotguns — and perks like Lightweight and Dexterity that keep you quick through its lanes.
Hazards & features to learn:
- Tight alleyways
- Rooftop / multi-level routes
- Dense urban layout
Build a class for it with the Pick-10 system, and browse the full weapon list to match a gun to its ranges.
