Drone

Drone is a Call of Duty: Black Ops II multiplayer map, one of the maps included with the base game at launch, released on November 13, 2012. It is set in Hidden drone facility, Myanmar (Burmese jungle). A hidden jungle drone facility offering long central sightlines for snipers and close-quarters fights through the interior.

How Drone plays

On the ground, Drone is defined by central long-range sniping lane, enclosed facility interiors and jungle surroundings. Those are the features to read first — they decide where fights open up, which angles are safe to hold, and how you rotate between objectives. The close, broken-up terrain favours mobile weapons — submachine guns and shotguns — and perks like Lightweight and Dexterity that keep you quick through its lanes.
