Nuketown 2025
Nuketown 2025 is a Call of Duty: Black Ops II multiplayer map, one of the maps included with the base game at launch, released on November 13, 2012. It is set in Retro-futuristic nuclear test town ('Home of the Future' 2025 vision of the original Nuketown). A tiny, fast-paced reimagining of the fan-favorite Nuketown as a 1960s-style retro-futuristic model 'Home of the Future.'
How Nuketown 2025 plays
On the ground, Nuketown 2025 is defined by very small non-stop-action layout, mannequins scattered around the map, easter egg: shoot all mannequin heads within two minutes to alter the nuketown sign / trigger effects and two symmetrical houses with a central street. Those are the features to read first — they decide where fights open up, which angles are safe to hold, and how you rotate between objectives. The close, broken-up terrain favours mobile weapons — submachine guns and shotguns — and perks like Lightweight and Dexterity that keep you quick through its lanes.
Hazards & features to learn:
