Frank Woods

Frank Woods is a character in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign, appearing in the 1980s and 2025 storyline. Allegiance: CIA / United States.

Role in the story

Framing narrator of the campaign. Accidentally kills Menendez's sister Josefina, later is tricked into shooting Mason and is crippled by Menendez. If Menendez escapes in the bad ending, he returns to murder the aged Woods at the Vault.
