Narrated by elderly Woods. Covers the 1986 hunt to capture Noriega/Menendez and the December 1989 US invasion of Panama, where Menendez tricks Woods into shooting Alex Mason (presumed dead), then cripples Woods, kidnaps young David and murders Hudson.
