How this Strike Force op works
As a Strike Force operation, I.E.D. is optional and plays with permadeath — the soldiers and drones you lose stay lost — and its outcome feeds Black Ops II's branching story. You can command it from a top-down tactical view or drop directly into individual units on the ground.
Black Ops II's campaign branches on your choices and Strike Force results. See the endings guide for which decisions change who lives and dies, the full mission list for play order, or the campaign cast.
