Dispatch is a permadeath Strike Force operation in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign, set during the 2025 era in Ambush of Tian Zhao's downed VTOL / convoy.

Objective

Assassinate SDC leader Tian Zhao before the SDC can invade Russia — SEALs down Zhao's VTOL, push to the crash site and plant an EMP module to eliminate him.

How this Strike Force op works

As a Strike Force operation, Dispatch is optional and plays with permadeath — the soldiers and drones you lose stay lost — and its outcome feeds Black Ops II's branching story. You can command it from a top-down tactical view or drop directly into individual units on the ground.
